Job Title: Sales Executive – Dental Instruments
Location: Texas Region

This is your opportunity to be part of that growth as a Sales Executive in the Texas region.
In this role, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing your own schedule, prioritizing leads, and tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of our clients. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership of their success.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for independently driving sales, managing a growing customer base, and representing our company’s full range of dental instruments. This is a full-time, field-based position with competitive compensation and commission opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ability to sell! Connecting our products to the right dentists
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base in the broader Texas region.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new dentists
- Conduct regular in-person visits to dental practices,
- Provide product education and demonstrations on models to dental professionals, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our instruments.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on both new business acquisition and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving product issues, and offering solutions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for your assigned region
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity.
- Attend trade shows, dental conferences, and local industry events to network and expand market presence. (1-2x/year)
Your specific skills & knowledge:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the dental industry (2+ years preferred).
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for taking ownership of your work and driving success.
- Strong knowledge of dental instruments and the dental industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Texas region.
- Proficient in Google Drive, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and Shopify POS.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary, plus commission. $1,500/month + 20% commission. Average annual expected total is $75,000 - $125,000 and up.
