I just did 2 lower mesially impacted 3rd molars and it was surprisingly easy and efficient. The flame diamond helped create a purchase point and before I knew it, the teeth were ready for removal. The conical/tapered root anatomy helped too.
I also did a long rooted #15 and finished in time to do a quadrant of SRP. these were my first 2 patients I used the expanders on and Im already a very satisfied customer.
I’ve had one for 6 years and won’t go back! I came to the website to refer a friend and thought I should leave a review. I absolutely hate using hemostats on temps. This gets the crown off quick and painlessly even when the patient isn’t numb. It’s also great for getting off stuck permanent crowns during try-in.
