I just did 2 lower mesially impacted 3rd molars and it was surprisingly easy and efficient. The flame diamond helped create a purchase point and before I knew it, the teeth were ready for removal. The conical/tapered root anatomy helped too.
I also did a long rooted #15 and finished in time to do a quadrant of SRP. these were my first 2 patients I used the expanders on and Im already a very satisfied customer.

This gets the crown off quick and painlessly even when the patient isn’t numb. It’s also great for getting off stuck permanent crowns during try-in.
